Stéphanie Le Quellec, one of the most promising talents in the French culinary world, proposes in the gastronomic restaurant La Scène, an authentic and generous cuisine that favours fine tastes and exceptional productsIn February 2014, Stéphanie Le Quellec and her brigade have been awarded 1 Michelin star. 

In a décor of marble, wood, and light, and surrounded by Murano glass, the smallest detail of the restaurant was hand-selected or made to set the stage, for the main actors of this gastronomic theatre.

Thus, the menu evolve according to availability, representing culinary designs of seasonal dishes made of simple compositions: purple asparagus from Anjou, king prawn from Palamos cooked on a pink salt stone, veal sweetbread with dates, aged Simmenthal beef with black truffle… This is an accessible cuisine, which seeks to provoke surprise and emotion through the simple yet elegant combination of flavours.

In epilogue, the performance comes to a close with our sugared creations , including the signature dessert, the vanilla in "five layers" is a veritable concert in lightness.
